The National Library of Ireland has announced that it will introduce a limited number of half-day Saturday openings for the remainder of the year. (It hasn't been confirmed, but I'm assuming these will continue into next year, with new dates announced in due course.)
It will mean researchers with a Reader's Ticket can visit the Main Reading Room, Manuscripts Reading Room and Reader's Ticket Office from 9:30am to 1pm on the following dates:
- Saturday 15 October
- Saturday 5 November
- Saturday 19 November
- Saturday 3 December
- Saturday 17 December.
