NLI's Kildare Street buildings closed this weekend

The National Library of Ireland (NLI) has advised that its Kildare Street buildings – both the main building, which is home to the Reading Room and Genealogy Room, and next door, number 2-3 Kildare Street – will be closed to the public this weekend, Saturday 5 March and Sunday 6 March.

This is to facilitate external works to the buildings.

They'll be open again on Monday.

The National Library of Ireland's Photographic Archive in Temple Bar will be open as usual: Saturday 10am–5pm and Sunday Noon–5pm.
