Thursday 23 May: Competing Stories 1912-1922 – Understanding our past, an event incorporating archive film and talks on the Decade of Centenaries (part of Community Relations Week. The session will consider what is “documented community memory?” As versions of history are shaping the present, there are risks and opportunities in commemorating the decade 1912-22.
