The Irish Genealogical Research Society is holding its London Open Day & AGM this weekend with a couple of excellent lectures on offer. The programme is below and there are still a few seats left.

10:30: Registration and refreshments
11:00: The Irish in India, 1790-1920, with Peter Bailey (FIBIS)
12:00: Irish census substitutes, digital, on the web and otherwise, with Helen Kelly MAPGI
13:00: Buffet lunch
14:00: AGM (members only). Free.
Cost of the morning and lunch: members £25. Non members £30.
Booking is recommended because the venue is small and numbers are restricted. At this late stage, an email to confirm your attendance is all that's necessary, and you can pay on the door.
