RootsIreland.ie has added a selection of census substitutes, church censuses, parish records and 'Missing' newspaper announcements for counties Laois and Offaly. The additions provide another 6,000 records to the two county databases run by Irish Midlands Ancestry. The full menu of records in the Laois and Offaly databases can be found at laois.rootsireland.ie and offaly.rootsireland.ie, respectively.

- Missing Friends from Laois 1835-1918
- Missing Friends from Offaly 1835-1876
- Offaly RC Rahan Baptisms 1900-1905
- Protestant Parishioners Tullamore 1802
